yama - GATA - listen to this!
Ok, ok, my subject was terrible, but I am so totally loving Rachel Yamagata! Ever since I first heard her song Worn Me Down as one of the soundtracks in the OC, I got really interested in her songs, the lyrics full of angst -- kinda like Alanis Morissette, but with a different twist. Some say her voice is a cross between Sarah Mclachlan and Fiona Apple and my, WHAT A COMBINATION IT IS! And it really ticks me off that I can't find her CD in any of the record bars here in Manila.. which is why I had to resort to burning her mp3s to audio.. BUT I WANT THE REAL THING! Im seriously thinking if I should buy it online (which means i have to pay extra for shipping costs, taxes, and wait for 6 weeks to have the package delivered) Im despereate, I know. Somebody.. Anybody... help!
