The Forgotten

Wow, I can't believe it's been more than a year since i last posted on this blog.. (if I could still even call it that!) A lot of things happened last 2007. It was a year of goodbye to old habits, built new friendships and moved on to a new phase in life.

After two and half years, I've finally decided to resign from my first work, e-PLDT, and now working for a travel company which I usually refer to as hell. I just read Joyt's recent blog entry, and she posted a question regarding which better situtation you'd prefer to be in: Dragging yourself up to work that you terribly hate but at the same time having your friends around to compensate the stress and all OR going to work that you know you actually do well but having people around that you just want to squish to death . . . and I say the first one.

I guess sometimes i do regret resigning from pldt, but only because of the people that I've left there. Awww.. drama mode na to! Ew!

So anyway, I've changed the layout of my website to compensate for the lack of post... (major understatement there). Hopefully, I'll be able to find more time to update this site with my ever boring and "nonchalant" life. Harharhar.

2 of the albums I'm loving now...

I know it's a major contrast, but these are both great albums I'm really loving right now! After almost a decade, oasis has finally redeemed itelf from the pits. I don't know with you, but you can forget every album they've made after "What's the story morning glory". This picture to the right is their newly released album entitled, "Stop the clocks" Sobrang astig kase it's a 2-disc package and it includes songs from their previous first couple of albums. (huh did that make sense?!) Ah basta, bottomline, highly recommended!

And then there's "Everything But the Girl's - Like the Deserts Miss the Rain" -- this is actually an old album na, but i rediscovered it when I was listening over at Jam 88.3 and heard the song "Cross my heart". Other tracks on the CD are great as well like it's own version of "Corcovado", "Photek remix single", and of course "Missing". I was so lucky when I bought this CD at tower records in alabang because it was the last copy.

This got me laughing...

A short clip about men handling women's PMS. Nakakatawa how it was demonstrated kasi super exaggerated! I for one admit that I tend to suffer from Prehistoric Monster Syndrome at times, blame it on raging hormones... but face it boys, it's a reality you just have to deal with.
